La Sala by the Sea recently partnered with leading UK fitness community ShredFast for an unforgettable morning of movement, wellness and connection on Marbella’s iconic coastline.
The collaboration brought together ShredFast’s high energy, results driven approach to training with the vibrant atmosphere, outstanding hospitality and feel good energy of La Sala by the Sea.
Guests arrived at the beachfront venue in Puerto Banús and were welcomed with wellness shots and protein balls from BoxKitchen Marbella before taking part in an energising ShredFast workout accompanied by a live DJ.
Following the workout, the pace shifted with moments of gratitude, guided meditation and breathwork, giving guests the opportunity to reset and unwind against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.
Guests were then welcomed into La Sala by the Sea’s newly renovated restaurant to enjoy a breakfast buffet, network and connect with the growing ShredFast community. Competitions added to the atmosphere throughout the morning, with prizes provided by ShredFast partner Trailberg.
The event brought together fitness, wellness and Marbella’s celebrated social lifestyle. From an energetic beachfront workout and live music to meditation and a relaxed breakfast, the Sunrise Session offered guests a complete morning experience in one of Marbella’s most recognisable beachfront settings.
The collaboration also provided a first taste of what is to come from ShredFast Marbella. Following its success in the UK, the fitness brand plans to open a dedicated gym in Marbella in the new year, bringing its inclusive community, expert coaching and distinctive training experience to the Costa del Sol.
La Sala by the Sea was delighted to welcome the ShredFast community and play a part in introducing the brand’s Marbella vision. The Sunrise Session showcased the natural connection between ShredFast’s focus on fitness and community and La Sala by the Sea’s signature hospitality, energy and beachfront lifestyle.
Following the success of the event, the collaboration marks an exciting beginning for ShredFast in Marbella and the potential for more events between the two brands in the future.
